We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our cafes running smoothly. If you have experience in general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, and electrical work, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting walls, repairing plumbing fixtures, and addressing electrical issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to cafe equipment and facilities. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal cafe operation. Respond promptly to maintenance requests through MaintainX or delegated by Director of Facilities. Collaborate with Director of Facilities to efficiently address maintenance needs. Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in general maintenance, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and light electrical work. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in commercial properties or restaurants. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

**Compensation**:Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
