We are looking for a career minded, ambitious person, who is a used car specialist.

This is a great opportunity for a sales manager with used car expertise to run a department in an established dealership. You will be in charge of managing the growth of the business and its profitability by recruiting & training qualified sales personnel. You will assume the responsibility for appraising, recondition, displaying, and merchandising the used vehicle inventory. You will work in tandem with the GM to maximize business coming in the door. You will be involved in purchasing and wholesaling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist all sales consultants as a CLOSER on new and used car deals.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Assist individual sales consultant set aggressive, yet achievable monthly goals. More importantly, you will provide them with the tools and support to be successful.
- Must be up-to-date and adhere with federal, state, local, and company regulations that pertain to vehicle sales
- Can properly appraise used vehicles
- Manage the proper follow up of all potential buyers and actively prospect for new customers in a controlled, consistent sales process.
- Maintains vehicle inventory
- Plans and controls used vehicle displays
- Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and long-term marketing objectives (online & offline)
- Partner with the F&I department to develop and coordinate best practices for an efficient and effective sales approach
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of how the Internet is driving our business
- Track all customers and ensure all leads are logged
- Create and maintain a positive work environment

**Compensation**

Pay: $81,809.00 - $125,000.00 per year
