**Experience**

**The day-to-day tasks that the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist with the facilitation and ongoing management of internal programs
- Assist with internal and external marketing efforts to capture new customers, retain existing customers, and create awareness of internal programs and services
- Assist with the ongoing management of record keeping, company data, and reporting
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Assist with the creation of new programs, business development, and community engagement
- Assist with office management and clerical tasks
- Provide support to our Executive team and tasks they may need across the different departments.
