**Responsibilities**:

- Provides excellent customer service and organizational skills.

- Oversee company policy and procedures. (DMAS+ DBHDS)
- Make sure the company is in standards with DBHDS and DMAS.
- Supervises the clinical supervisors and/or all clinical staff
- Monitors all intake services to ensure that client is eligible for Intensive In-Home and Mental Health Support Skill Building services, and facilitates new client intakes/ assessments.
- Provides clinical review of all assessments and individual service plans.
- Maintains compliance with state Licensure and Medicaid standards.
- Ensures that all services and casework documentation meets or exceeds licensing and Medicaid standards by conducting ongoing reviews.
- Responsible for employee orientation, clinical training, and staff development; assists with hiring and training new staff.
- Coordinates the development of all clinical documentation necessary for providing effective services to clients.
- Provides oversight of the Service Request Authorization (SRA) process.
- Oversees that Clinical Supervision takes place for all employees.
- Performs CPR/FA or physical restraint (TOVA) when required; maintains current certifications.
- Responsible for community involvement and marketing activities for referral sources, including generation of cross-referrals to promote all affiliated corporate services.
- Works collaboratively and cooperatively in a professional manner with all WHHS staff, clients, and members of the community.
- Provides 24-hour on-call Crisis Intervention.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and complete other tasks deemed necessary for the successful operation of the service.
- Complete SRAs for reauthorizations.
- Present to a referral source weekly.
- Submit weekly billing.
- Assure client charts are in compliance.
- Hire, Coach, Fire and produce CAP staff.
- Recruit and enroll new clients.
- Facilitate all staff and quarterly meetings.
- Carry out home visits to client homes.
- Other duties as requested.

**Qualifications**:Currently licensed by the state of Virginia as a LCSW or LPC or other related Human Services field and five years of experience working with children who have been identified as being seriously emotionally disturbed. Must exemplify strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills. A valid Virginia Driver's License is also required for employment.

**Reasoning Ability**: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

**Computer Skills**:To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
