Answer all phone calls, at a busy clinic.

Good memory, math knowledge how to add and sum up balances. Recent relevant emr experience. Travel to another clinic on tues-friday in kingwood. Less than 7 mins away.
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow of patients
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical scheduling and coordination of referrals
- Ordering office supplies
- Billing of office visits /billing of weightloss visits daily. Doing daily closeout of payments.
- Handle any emergencies or urgent situations with composure and efficiency

- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of medical administrative procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems

Start Time: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

No weekends

Monday through Friday

Salary postion: 86.67 hours paid twice a month on the 1st and 15th.

401 K, profit sharing, dental and health benefits for employee only.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
