Part Time Office Manager

**Job Summary**:
Looking for a Part Time Office Manager/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable to work 1-2 days and be flexible with their house to fill in when/if necessary. To help with day-to-day operations of busy Plumbing Contractor. Experience with Construction accounting, A/R, A/P, Payroll, bank reconciliations and HR. Knowledge of Prevailing wage and certified payrolls with DIR reporting a plus.

Attention to detail, strong computer skills across many platforms is required and working in the office if mandatory.

**Duties**:
The duties may include:

- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payroll, employee benefits and payables.
- Human Resources
- Annual renewals - business license, contractor's license, general and workers' compensation insurance.
- Opening jobs, includes assigning job #, preliminary notices, open supplier accounts, obtaining contract signatures, create job scope files, updating and distributing of jobs.
- Closing jobs, includes close out of jobs on the job chart, preparation, scanning and distribution of close out reports.
- Contract, change orders and T&M billings, and maintaining Excel billing spreadsheets
- Assist President, Vice President and Project Manager as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
