**Role Overview**: As an Architect at GG Homes, you will play a crucial role in developing architectural designs from concept through completion. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop architectural designs, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their vision and keep them informed of project progress.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, designers, and city planners for cohesive and efficient project execution.
- Prepare detailed construction documents that accurately communicate design intent to contractors.
- Address and resolve design and compliance issues throughout all project stages.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects to meet environmental standards and client desires.
- Ensure architectural designs meet aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active Architect license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Procore.
- Proven track record of managing permits and working with city officials on code enforcement cases.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with additional design and project management tools such as Revit or SketchUp.
- Experience with flips, ADUs, and development builds.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs and requirements.

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary of $80k+ with Bonus Potential.
