**Forklift Certification Specialist - Houston, TX**
Job Summary:
The Forklift Certification Specialist will conduct regular forklift certification classes for our local field
associates and customers and play a hands-on role in our industry-leading service delivery and safety
program. In addition to prior forklift training/certification experience, this interactive role requires
strong coaching, customer service, and communication skills.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading regular forklift certification classes for our field employee workforce at our local
office and at customer sites.
- Coaching, evaluating, and developing the skills of class participants.
- Traveling between our branch office and local customer sites as needed.
- Fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplacesafety.
- Personifying our organization at the client work site; demonstrating the company's and
the area's core values, operating principles, and servicedifferentiators.
Preferred Education & Experience**:
- Experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Reach Forklift, Electric Stand-Up Pallet Jack and general knowledge of various types of PIT's.**
- Proof of current or prior forklift certification

- Prior experience training and certifying other employees onforklifts.
- Strong customer service abilities.
