Barre Town Middle and Elementary School and Barre City Elementary and Middle School are seeking 2nd Shift Custodians. The rate of pay for this full time position is $19.49 per hour plus a $.50 an hour differential when working the second shift. 2nd shift is from 3PM - 11:30PM during the school year and 7AM - 3:30PM during summer.

**Primary Duties**:

- Perform unassisted physical labor/activities (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.).
- Work effectively and respectfully with the public.
- Understand and carry out directions.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for a diverse population.
- Pass a background and fingerprint check.
- Background in commercial cleaning is preferred.
