We are looking for a skilled BIM/VDC Technician/Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects through proficient use of BIM and VDC technologies.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Navisworks Manage for model coordination, clash detection, and project visualization.
- Read and interpret design drawings, sheets, and P&ID diagrams.
- Participate in document control processes (IFF), ensuring proper documentation and version control.
- Support semiconductor fabrication projects with BIM and VDC solutions.
- Collaborate with trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) to integrate installation details into BIM models.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Navisworks Manage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with BIMTrack/Newforma Konekt.
- Previous experience in roles such as BIM Technician, VDC Technician, BIM Coordinator, VDC Coordinator, or CAD Drafter.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings, sheets, and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Optional Criteria (Preferred Experience)**:

- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM models and related documentation.
- Experience in document control, quality control, and quality assurance processes.
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades installation.
- Manage BIMTrack/Newforma Konekt workflows, issue tracking, and project collaboration.

**Optional Software Skills**:

- Proficiency with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook for communication and scheduling.
- Familiarity with Procore for project management and collaboration.
