We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer/Loan Officer Assistant who is willing to train under a seasoned Loan Officer to eventually run a team in a unique platform that will allow the opportunity to create relationships. The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of residential mortgage loans. This is an AMAZING opportunity

**Duties**:

- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Finalize loan transactions and keep clients informed in rules and regulations
- Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of mortgage servicing, loan origination, credit analysis, loan processing, underwriting, FNMA guidelines, contract law, sales techniques, Fair Housing regulations, and financial sales

Join our team as a Loan Officer where you can utilize your expertise in the financial industry to help clients achieve their dreams.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

Payment frequency:

- 1099 contract
- Paid biweekly

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Hybrid work

**Experience**:

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85014
