- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the store.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the products or industry related to the store is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
