- **Pay Rate - $22.50**_

**Job Responsibility**
- Answer phones and take messages for the HHA/PCA Department
- Act as a back up HHA/PCA Coordinator when the coordinator is not available for payroll and scheduling
- Keep track of Caregivers attendance in the HHA Exchange
- Keep track of the Caregivers hours in the HHA Exchange
- Give a weekly report of the Caregivers hours to Payroll
- Manage a database of caregivers that are available to work
- Work closely with the Compliance Department to ensure that all Caregivers have the correct paperwork necessary for employment in the files
- Assist to manage day-to-day operation of the Employee Compliance Program.
- Oversee a system for compiling, filing, and maintaining personnel charts.
- Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
- Monitor, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, keeps senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Follow rules and regulations of OMIG and general business regulations

**Job Qualification**:

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills required in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in a Healthcare setting is preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S

**Shift**: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
