**Significant Duties**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of schematics and blueprint reading
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail to identify potential compliance issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements to employees
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour
