Studio BE, a boutique movement studio with 2 locations in Houston, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Evening Studio Manager supporting both locations. If you have a background in customer service, retail, and management, along with a keen interest in the fitness and wellness industry, we want to hear from you.

**About Studio BE**:
Studio BE is a premier boutique movement studio offering a range of modalities, including reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, aerial, prenatal, and strength-training formats. With a commitment to providing optimal wellness, our smaller class sizes ensure that our clients receive personalized attention from Houston's top instructors. Beyond our studio walls, we also host Wellness Retreats and Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world throughout the year.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Evening Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Studio BE. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a team of front desk employees
- Collaborating with fitness instructors to maintain a cohesive and positive studio environment
- Handling all front desk duties, including check-ins, scheduling, and member inquiries
- Driving membership and retail sales to meet and exceed targets
- Overseeing administration and accounting tasks
- Building and maintaining strong customer relations through excellent communication and service

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in retail, customer service, and management
- 2+ years of experience leading/ guiding/ managing peers and colleagues
- Familiarity with the fitness and wellness industry is a plus
- Highly motivated with a passion for community and customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
