- Manage day-to-day operations of the Scatter Site program ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Oversee budget management and ensure fiscal accountability for the program.
- Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources to promote program growth and sustainability.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required by funders and regulatory agencies. *Qualifications:*
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Scatter Site Supervision is required.
- LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
