Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks in our warehouse and production facility. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the production of all products according to specifications
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Manage and move employees around as needed to ensure the facitlity is operating efficiently
**Skills**:
- Experience operating a forklift and knowledge of forklift safety procedures (plus)
- Ability to learn and use various tools and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues that may arise during production (plus)
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management (plus)
