**Job Description****:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop specific staffing and recruiting plans in their markets.
- Partner with Human Resources and temporary staffing agencies to identify staffing needs.
- Partner with Human Resources and recruiting teams to ensure that they are following company policies and programs during the recruiting process.
- On own initiative, conduct initial phone interviews for the business and use independent judgment to make recommendations to hiring managers for in-person interviews.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track in-person interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Open, track, and close positions in the applicant tracking system.
- Be visible in the networking community by attending job fairs, virtual job fairs and representing the Brand to hire the best talent in the industry.
- Additional duties as assigned
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
- 2+ years high volume recruiting experience within a retail organization preferred
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
