**Overall Function**:
Supports the store management team in creating an environment in which all customers are given exceptional service. A cabi Outlet Key Holder has a keen eye for fashion and a passion for building relationships with customers and coworkers. Key Holders play an essential role in managing day-to-day operations and are expected to tackle each day with a leadership mindset.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Opening and closing the store.
- Supporting the store management team in creating an environment in which all customers are given exceptional service.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Assist the management team with all merchandising
- Inventory control
- Ability to delegate and be a positive role model
- Assists management team in tracking store performance
- Outgoing with a positive outlook
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours
- Maintains regular, reliable attendance
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Screens calls for executives.
- Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience as a retail associate or supervisor.
- Good communication skills for communicating with staff and clients.
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft programs (excel, outlook, word, etc)
- Ability to count monies and manage store assets and data with integrity.
