**General Summary**:
**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for go to Market indirect channel strategy for Industrial IoT products and services
- Drive Indirect Channel KPIs (sales, revenue) through SOM, Design Partners, and partner channels
- Identify and prioritize channel development by country and products
- Foster strategic ecosystem partnerships, identify opportunities and structure new deals
- Lead and optimize Indirect Channel Sales Strategy with Business Leaders, and Regional Sales
- Define, and create incentives and growth initiatives in support of our channel objectives
- Working with global product and market business Leaders in identifying and targeting, scouting key international, national and regional channel partners.
- Provide inputs and guide marketing communications activities including trade shows, website, sales collateral and PR to promote Indirect channel partners and Industrial IoT products to generate sales leads
- Monitor, analyze and report competitive indirect channel programs

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree and 6**+ years** of B2B sales or business development work experience
- OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and** 8+ years **of B2B sales or business development work experience
- OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and **10+ years** of B2B sales or business development work experience

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong technical and solution sales background
- 5+ yrs of experience in Channel Development and Partnerships in IOT industry
- Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience
- Strong negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Strong written communication skills (esp. executive presentations)
- Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills
- Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM field

**Pay range**:
$173,000.00 - $260,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
