**Job Summary**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- **Safety**: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
- **Operations**: Removes and installs insulation in crawl spaces based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of crawl space insulation installation (batts, dehumidifiers, french drains, vapor barrier, closed-cell spray foam) and consistently performs quality checks.
- **Technical**: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field alongside Crew Leader.
- **Customer Service**: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
- **Other**: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members. Communicates any issues to Crew Leader. Performs other related duties as required.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
**Benefits**:
- Paid time off
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Crawl Space Insulation (Dehus, French Drains, Vapor Barrier): 2 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
