This position directly supports the academic tasks in the Fine Arts Office. The general organization, purchasing, access, scheduling, and student staff needs. This position supports faculty as they fulfill their duties to the University and students’ academic development at the undergraduate level as they explore their God-given gifts as young artists. In addition, it mentors student staff, preparing them to become servant-minded leaders in their chosen professions.
**Duties**
- Schedule Non-Event Bookings Using 25Live and Google Calendar to schedule Academic Fine Arts needs. Coordinate Lindhurst Load-in scheduling.
- Assist Office Manager with Academic needs.
- Manage the Private Music Lessons (PML) enrollment process for the fall and spring terms.
- Coordinate and manage the Marathon Registration process for the incoming class.
- Manage and track card key access/brass key access for faculty, students, and staff members.
- Oversee Student Worker schedules, work, and training. Schedule/manage: piano maintenance, tuning, syllabi collection, CV collection, hiring instruction tracking, and teaching schedule tracking.
- Other duties include assisting faculty, staff, and students.
- Uphold University mission through work performed.

Expected Pay Range: $19.90 - $22.10 per hour
The above pay range reflects what Pepperdine University reasonably expects to pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. In addition to base pay, Pepperdine offers a robust and highly competitive benefits package.
