- Build strong mentorship relationship with assigned student (mentees) to foster trust, communication, and motivation.**(Leadership, Communication)**:

- Identify potential barriers to student success, such as academic difficulties, financial issues, or personal challenges and work with the Retention Specialist to address these obstacles.**(Critical Thinking, Teamwork, Communication)**:
