**Old Republic Risk Management (ORRM)** is currently seeking an **Office Logistics Coordinator** to join its **Office Services Team **at its company headquarters in **Brookfield, WI** In general, the **Office Logistics Coordinator** provides logístical and administrative support to the Office Services Department, including mailing/postal services, office supply ordering and restocking, receiving/shipping logistics, etc., in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages per department procedures at appointed times. Produce and maintain corresponding records and reports. Review corresponding invoices for accuracy.
- Provide receptionist-related duties on a regular basis.
- Maintain the inventory and prepare a purchase list of office and break room supplies. Review supply orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Serve as a contact for building, coffee equipment, and supply issues.
- Perform departmental administrative duties including data entry, word processing, and filing as required. Ensure data accuracy in Company software systems and take appropriate steps to correct any discrepancies.
- Retrieve archived files from offsite physical file storage as necessary, including expediting urgent requests, filing policies and other designated items, retrieving pulled files per schedule and replacing collected material from various departments in designated locations within the file.
- Maintain and distribute appropriate levels of insurance-related forms and brochures. Maintain and distribute the inventory of motor carrier automobile identification cards, motor carrier filings, and posting notices.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
This position requires a High School diploma, or equivalent, and minimum of one year of office related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working as an **Office Logistics Coordinator **requires one to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary. Other skills necessary include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and accurate proofreading skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of office equipment.**PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**:This position requires one to sit for extended periods of time and stand and/or walk occasionally. The position requires one to occasionally push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 40 pounds. No personal protective equipment is required. Ergonomic equipment is available to employees.
