The 4AM Media marketing and growth team is primarily based in San Diego, CA. Working daily in our office in Little Italy is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize the office and keep it tidy throughout the week.
- Replenish office food, drinks, and supplies
- Calculate and execute bi-weekly payroll
- Onboard new team members and off-board departing team members
- Benchmark, evaluate, and administer medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Benchmark, evaluate, and administer 401(k) plan
- Benchmark, evaluate, and administer corporate and product liability insurance policy
- Data entry and report preparation for finance team to close out monthly financials
- Review operating expenses with team monthly and cut unused services
- Research and plan business travel for the team
- Research and plan team events
- Organize company and employee files
- Organize password sharing and access
- Various compliance, finance, legal, marketing, and customer service tasks
- Executive assistance to founders including research, scheduling, bookkeeping, travel planning, event planning, and project management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proven experience in handling payroll, benefits administration, and bookkeeping.
- Strong capabilities in data entry and the preparation of reports. Intermediate Excel skills a plus.
- Ability to design and implement organizational processes from the ground up.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness with experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software like quickbooks.
- Experience in HR functions such as onboarding and offboarding employees, as well as administering insurance and 401(k) plans.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Diego, CA, with the ability to work daily in the office located in Little Italy.
- Experience providing executive assistance, including scheduling, travel planning, event planning, and project management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to research and cut costs effectively.
