**Principal Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Negotiating prices with vendors for upcoming customer needs
- Coordinate with the warehouse for scheduling products to arrive at the warehouse.
- Communicate with outside vendors and internal team members to facilitate the flow of the purchasing process.
- Assist and coordinate with VP of Sales with keeping proper stock in warehouse for customer needs.
- Track credits and returns to the vendors.
- Assist with yearly physical inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Strong communication skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
