We are searching for a professional and courteous _Client Service Representative_ with great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The _Client Service Representative_ will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, meeting regularly with management, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to clients.
- **Client Service Representative Responsibilities**_:_
- Meeting face-to-face with current and potential customers on a daily basis
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Execute sales and marketing strategies face to face with customers in-store
- The ability to close sales while maintaining a professional business relationship with consumers and potential leads.

Pay: $859.04 - $1,134.98 per week
