This individual must possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. We are offering a salary ($17-$22 per Hour), based on experience and a competitive benefit package which includes paid vacation, paid company holidays, 401 (K) with company matching, pension, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for a full-time employee. **What You'll Do**:
As our Solar Division Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the success of our projects. Here's how you'll embody our core values in your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Providing great customer service while answer the phones.
- Permitting and billing
- Data entry in our company software which includes billing, invoicing, creating work orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and writing purchase orders.
- Clerical duties such as: filing, greeting customers, answering the phone, and daily mail/ post office responsibilities.
- Assist with contracting and service permits, underground locates, utility disconnects, utility interconnections and printing construction drawings.
