As a **Supervisory Management Analyst**, you will:

- Provide technical advice to Housing managers and employees to ensure that policies, processes and procedures are most effective.
- Conduct analytical studies, such as analyses of the impact of anticipated and actual changes in staffing patterns on immediate and long-range planning.
- Establish administrative programs and policies for headquarters and field offices.
- Identify and manage resources needed by the Division staff to carry out their responsibilities. This includes staffing, training, space, personal computers, automated systems development and related needs.
- Enhance training and development programs to ensure that they align with the closure of skill gaps and filling of mission critical positions and implement a Knowledge Management system to ensure ongoing transfer of knowledge and skill.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.

**Qualifications**:

- You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
- **Specialized Experience**:For the **GS-15** grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the **GS-14** grade level in the Federal service.
- **Specialized Experience** for this position includes:
- Managing a wide range of administrative programs such as training and talent development;** AND**:

- Providing technical advice and support to managers and employees on administrative and career development programs; **AND**:

- Contributing to the analysis and development of training policies;** AND**:

- Supervising and guiding subordinate staff, establishing their general work priorities, evaluating their performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or** **volunteer service**. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
