- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists, dental billers, and administrative assistants

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records and patient information

- Oversee financial management, including billing, insurance claims, and accounts receivable
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and satisfaction
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Train new staff members on office procedures and protocols
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in a dental setting
- Proficient in using dental software such as Eaglesoft, or similar systems
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, practice management, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of office staff members
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record keeping
