Job Title: Loan Processor (Entry Level)

Starting Salary: $17/hr ($18/hr
- Sat/Sun)

**Monthly Bonus Potential: Up to $1,250**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact existing customers who are 1-30 days past due and use successful negotiation tactics to bring their accounts current.
- Meet or exceed loan funding, collections and call performance targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of **recent** call center experience or retail customers service **required** (any field of financial services preferred).
- Collections experienced a plus.
- Demonstrated ability achieve required metrics and goals consistently.
- A team player that thrives in a competitive environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
