**Position Title**: Human Resources Coordinator

**Location**:Trump Winery in Charlottesville, VA - 15 minutes south of Charlottesville city limits, 20 minutes north of Scottsville, VA

**Hours**: Full Time, non-exempt - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
**Wage: $23 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Manage recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt positions, both regular and seasonal; write and manage advertisements for open positions
- Prepare for and conduct New Hire Meeting with all new hires including making name tags, and prepare new hire welcome packet and onboarding paperwork
- Manage Staff Directory, Org Chart, Office Contact List, Master List, Benefits Tracker, Staff Calendar and other HR tracking as needed
- Develop and coordinate employee recognition programs, employee engagement events, awards, birthdays, work anniversaries, and other service programs including selecting/ordering gifts and supplies; may require after normal business hours in setting up/breaking down
- Enter I-9 document information into Paychex and confirm eligibility of employee’s work authorization through the use of E-Verify
- Represent Trump Winery at on and offsite events as needed (i.e. job fair or other events)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business administration or equivalent work experience.
- 2+years of recruiting experience is required
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Gmail and G-suite
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems (Paychex experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
- Knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
- Must possess strong communications and presentation skills
- Must be able to handle sensitive information discretely and confidentially.
