Seasonal Front Desk Receptionist

Pawtiques is looking for a summer hire receptionist [June to August]. If you’re looking to further your career in the pet industry here is the opportunity to do so The Front Desk Receptionist is Pawtique's face and voice to the clients. This crucial, fast-paced, and highly energized role is responsible for handling all check-ins, check-outs, scheduling appointments and taking payments. This role also includes handling phone calls and inquiries from clients and prospective clients, assist with bathers and groomers if needed, staff schedules, administrative duties, managing the cancellation list and maintaining lobby cleanliness.

Receptionist is responsible for exhibiting a positive enthusiastic image at all times to customers, co-workers and pets at Pawtiques. They are also responsible for ensuring unparalleled care and attention for both pets and their owners. Most importantly we pride ourselves with providing quality service not about quantity. Customer service driven and passionate in serving our clients an out of this world experience.

Flexible with schedule and hours (will be discussed during interview) Pay - $12 per hour. Will provide training by working along side the current front desk receptionist before being on your own.

This position requires being attentive, energetic, smiley, warm and welcoming, going above and beyond, attention to detail with scheduling, money handling, trainable, adaptable, and of course loves dogs Time management is crucial.

Daily tasks will include but not limited to maintaining a safe, clean environment for staff and customer in the front. At times may need to help with laundry and clean bathing area.
