1. **Leadership and Management**: - Supervise and manage the administrative team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulations.

2. **Office Operations**: - Oversee office operations and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment. - Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory control. - Coordinate with IT support to maintain technology infrastructure

.3. **Financial Management**: - Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses. - Monitor and report on financial performance and cost savings initiatives. - Oversee the procurement process, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.

4. **Communication and Coordination**: - Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and other departments. - Ensure clear and effective communication within the administrative team and across the organization. - Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences as needed.

5. **Compliance and Reporting**: - Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations. - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on administrative activities. - Implement and monitor record-keeping systems.

6. **Project Management**: - Lead and manage special projects as assigned by senior management. - Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of projects.
