**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures the adoption of the best practices and cutting-edge solutions, including software and hardware.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of new technology initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implement continuous process improvement strategies to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain MDM for cell phones and laptops.
- Ensuring security is in place for protecting devices and files.
- Server Management, a plus.
- Maintaining equipment audits / inventory.
- Setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Setting up workspace for employees or moving equipment.
- Managing phone system and troubleshooting issues (8x8).
- Updating computer hardware and software system.
- Monitoring programs and updating users’ status.
- Provides procedural documentation pertaining to IT.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field.
- Must have experience with Power BI, and SQL Data Base.
- Must have full knowledge of Office 365.
- 5+ years of Desktop Support experience.
- 5+ years of Managerial experience.
- IT certifications in CompTIA, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Exceptional time management and people skills.
- Excellent multitasking ability, problem solving skills and attention to detail.

The expected pay for this position is $87,00.00 - 100,000.00 annually

Pay: $87,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience level:

- 5 years

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
