- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical office systems
- Experience with electronic health record software such as EPIC or ModMed (gGastro)

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience working at the front desk of a medical facility is preferred
