**Qualifications**:

- Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in home health care, long-term care, healthcare, health marketing, operations, business administration or business development preferred.
- A minimum of one (1) year healthcare sales experience is advantageous.

**Responsibilities**:

- With the guidance of the Territory Manager, assist in preparing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive brand visibility and expand our client base in the Grayslake and Gurnee territories.
- Assist in conducting daily face-to-face interactions with referral sources to generate promising business leads and engage in daily outreach to meet monthly development targets.
- Effectively convey company services, benefits, and aid in the closure of deals (including intake paperwork and related items).
- Assist in the management of prospective and current client calls and home visits, ensuring successful contract implementation and overall organizational standards of care and compliance are being met.
- Communicate and coordinate care plans, adjustments, and special requests to all stakeholders.
- Scheduling of team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to plan.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Manage Caregiver recruiting and matching based on client needs and preferences to ensure optimal and quality care.
- Assist other members of the management team with special projects on an “as needed” basis.
- Manages the on-call phone system and oversees rotation protocols. While on-call, handles all client and caregiver issues, and conducts all new client intake as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
