The Seasonal Clerk may provide coverage in Executive Unit, various Business Services units, Legal Support management, and secretarial teams, as needed performing various tasks. May copy/scan documents; deliver supplies; coordinate building maintenance requests; maintain photo copier and maintenance reports; escort vendors; gather data and assemble report; health and safety matters; organizational projects; special projects; assembly of documents; schedule appointments; meetings; conference calls; prepare travel expense claims; create indexes of case files by reviewing exhibits and pleadings; and other administrative or clerical functions as needed.
