- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation, including system requirements, technical specifications, user manuals, and operating procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality assurance activities, such as testing, debugging, and performance tuning, to ensure the reliability and usability of IT systems.
- **Security Compliance**: Ensure that IT systems comply with security standards, regulations, and best practices, implementing security measures as necessary to protect data and infrastructure.
- **User Training**: Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption and effective use of IT systems.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate products, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of outsourced IT services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in IT systems analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#, as well as database technologies like SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and familiarity with project management principles.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Experience with enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, or BI platforms, is desirable.
- Certification in relevant areas, such as Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP), is a plus.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
