**Location**: Titusville, NJ - **Hybrid Schedule (3-4 days onsite)**
**Duration**: 8 Months

- Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Johnson & Johnson through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Johnson & Johnson_
**Responsibilities**:
- Map out training plans for team resources and assign training within systems as appropriate.
- Document training processes and associated materials
- Select appropriate training methods or activities.
- Communicate available training and required steps to employees and provide necessary information as required
- Partner with team and other stakeholders to ensure training needs are met as required
- Maintain updated database and training records as appropriate
- Host train-the-trainer sessions as needed
- Facilitate training and PI sessions via virtual tools such as ZOOM and Teams.
- Request user system access post training confirmation for users.
- Performa additional training operation tasks as needed to support program learning needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience Project, Coordinator or similar role is a plus
- Familiar with learning management systems and gamification platforms, systems and web environments (examples include Cornerstone (SUMMIT) and Axonify)
- MS Office proficiency required
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills; proactive team player
