We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. The Home Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties to identify structural, mechanical, and safety issues
- Collect and analyze data during inspections to generate detailed reports for clients
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure properties meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control, data collection, analysis, and quality inspection
- Ability to interpret schematics, contracts, and technical documents accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Certification or licensure as a Home Inspector is preferred
