As part of TCEQ Administrative Services, you would help support the logístical and operational structure for TCEQ statewide - the business foundation for the whole agency. See details about what we do.

This position is a member of our Information Resources Division.

**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**...
- Coordinate and/or conduct technical systems analysis, design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, delivery, and maintenance of agency reporting products, ensuring report development is performed in accordance with agency standards and policies, including accessibility standards.
- Use all applicable agency standard test methods and retains records of test results including the number of reports which have been modified to meet standards and those that could not.
- Analyze business area processes, procedures, and/or data sources for the purpose of producing reporting solutions for agency stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior developers and customers related to the use of enterprise reporting processes, tools, and solutions.

**Qualifications**

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

**OR**

A master's degree from an accredited college or university, or technical college with a major in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, mathematics or a related field plus three years of the required experience.

**OR**

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or technical college with a major in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, mathematics or a related field plus four years of the required experience.

**OR**

Completion of 18 semester hours (27 quarter hours) in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, mathematics or a related field plus five years of the required experience.
