**Job Duties**:
*Receive incoming phone calls in a friendly manner and offer customer service *Helping our underwriter team gather information, process, quote and bind insurance policies *Uploading, filing and maintaining accurate records for client files *Perform general office duties (filing, scanning, copying, etc.) *Provide day to day administrative support as needed *Function as an effective team member to serve the needs of our clients
**Qualifications**
*Proficient computer skills including typing, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook *Proven phone and written communication skills *Detail-oriented *Ability to work in a team environment
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $16.00 - $16.50/hour.
