**Job Summary**:
**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintaining equipment audits / inventory.
- Setting up and managing user accounts and access permissions.
- Moving equipment.
- Setting up workspaces for employees.
- Managing phone system and troubleshooting issues.
- Updating computer hardware and software system.
- Monitoring programs and updating users’ status.
- Providing support in procedural documentation pertaining to IT.

**Experience/Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field.
- IT certifications in CompTIA, AWS, Azure, etc.
- Advanced Computer skills.
- SQL Database knowledge required.
- Power BI or similar software experience preferred.
- Experience with 8x8 phone system a plus.
- 3+ years of Desktop Support experience.
- Exceptional time management and people skills.
- High degree of flexibility.
- Excellent multitasking ability, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of Company information.
