**Overview**: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Arizona Petition Campaign in support of fair wages. As a Petition Collector, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the community, collecting signatures, and advocating for fair wage policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with the public to inform them about the fair wages initiative.
- Collect signatures from registered voters in designated areas.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of signature forms.
- Follow campaign guidelines and legal requirements for petition collection.
- Submit completed petitions to designated supervisors on time.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about social justice and fair wage policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in petition collection or canvassing is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
