Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Oversee rent collection, lease enforcement, and eviction processes when necessary
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors
- Maintain accurate records of property performance and financial transactions
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain current residents
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
**Skills**:
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep of buildings and grounds
- Strong sales skills to effectively market available units and negotiate leases
- Administrative abilities to handle lease agreements, financial records, and property documentation
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance with housing laws
- Ability to file necessary paperwork accurately and maintain organized records
- Understanding of facilities management principles for overseeing property operations
- Proficiency in conflict management to address tenant disputes effectively
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
