Angelo david salon, A prestigious Midtown Manhattan salon is seeking an experienced salon receptionist with high energy, motivation, and commitment to deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

**Experience with Salon Software & Microsoft Word is a plus.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- The following are the opening and closing procedures that need to be followed on a daily basis. This includes setting off the alarm, turning on lights, setting out daily items, and making the first batch of coffee for clients.
- Checking in and checking out clients through the POS system is part of your duties. You need to close all retail sales and strategically sample and up-sell products. It is also your responsibility to maintain the appearance of the reception area, waiting area, and display units.
- Finally, during closing procedures, you need to close the batch on the POS system, print, save, and write reports, set the alarm, and leave a clean space for the next workday.

**Job Types**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

- 10 or 8-hour shift days; maximum 15 - 30 hour work week.
