Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Registration Director to join our team. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Online Registration projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage Online Registration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with IT/Virtual Technician, Conference Meeting Director, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including budget and schedule performance
**Skills**:
- At least 5 years Online Registration Project Managment experience in a Federal Government environment.
- Strong knowledge of Registration processes and techniques
- Excellent understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation
- Strong contract management skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
