Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Set up and maintain VPN connections for remote users
- Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing system to log, track, and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network security by implementing firewall configurations
- Assist in TCP/IP network troubleshooting
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and mobile devices
- Experience with VPN setup and maintenance
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network troubleshooting
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and Windows operating systems
