**Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support to the commercial development team.
- Responsible for meticulous calendar management, including planning meetings, communicating with multiple parties to schedule events
- Notarize documents and obtain appropriate signatures.
- Help set up for tours/waivers/location, and any other items needed. Organize dates, meals etc.
- Virtual meeting savvy (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.)
- Creates reports, letters and presentations
- Provides follow up assistance as needed to managers and supervisor to ensure that deliverables stay on task.
- Prepares monthly expense reports in accordance with K&P’s travel & expense policies.
- Maintain general office functions, including office supply inventory and ordering
- Order books and reference materials as requested.
- Provides follow up assistance daily to ensure that reports, projects and deliverables stay on task.
- Coordinates travel arrangements as requested.
- Regular, in-person attendance is required.
- Other administrative, clerical or office duties may be assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong office, secretarial and administrative skills required.
- Strong scheduling skills with ability to juggle calendars and schedules successfully.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of projects for a variety of people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, helpful disposition and good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to self-manage required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Solid sense of accountability, high-quality judgement, and sound decision making.

**Educations and/or Experience**:

- Associates degree or high school graduate or equivalent with combination of experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and virtual meetings.
